Step 2:   Receive a Quotation

Once your design and dimension requirements are confirmed, our team will provide you with a detailed quotation. If you choose to place an order with us, we require signed acceptance of the quote document and a deposit payment of 40 percent of the total contract value.

Step 3:   Meet your Dedicated Project Manager

NICCO is the only timber window and door supplier in NSW to assign a dedicated project manager to every client to ensure all milestones are met. When your project begins, your assigned Project Manager will develop detailed CAD shop drawings, outlining all design and dimension details. We can also meet you on-site to assist in checking dimensions as required. However, as NICCO is responsible for the supply of your units only (i.e. not installation), all drawings must be signed prior to manufacture by the client or their builder/carpenter.

Step 4:   Manufacture, Delivery & Installation

On approval of your CAD drawings, your project will enter production! This is where the magic happens. Our skilled team of experienced craftsmen carefully combine traditional joinery techniques and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to produce the highest quality products in market.

We will provide an estimated delivery timeline once your items have entered production. Upon completion, our despatch team will be in touch to coordinate delivery.

Installation will then need to be arranged by your own contractor.

Step 5:   Enjoy your New Windows and/or Doors

Your NICCO products are now ready to enjoy. All our timber windows and doors are crafted with longevity, sustainability, form and functionality in mind and we hope they will be enjoyed by you and others well into the future. Following finalisation of your project, we can also provide a glazing certificate, care and maintenance information and warranty details. Please contact your Project Manager if you require this information.
